How to Request
Email us at support@voidly.ai with:
- • Your account email
- • Order ID (optional, helps us process faster)
- • Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Note: Refunds go back to original payment method. Allow 5-10 days for your bank to process.
What Is Refundable
✓ Refundable:
- First Pro subscription payment (monthly or annual)
- Within 30 days of initial charge
- One refund per user lifetime
✗ Not Refundable:
- Subscription renewals (you can cancel before renewal)
- Research contribution (there's no charge)
- Accounts suspended for abuse
- Second+ subscriptions (one refund per user)
- Grandfathered accounts (you didn't pay anything)
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account dashboard or Stripe billing portal.
When you cancel:
- You keep Pro access until end of billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- You return to standard access automatically
- Your configs/sessions remain intact
Cancel before renewal = no charge. Cancel after renewal = no refund (but you can still use it for that month/year).
Abuse Prevention
We trust users, but refund abuse = permanent ban.
Examples of abuse:
- Repeated subscribe → refund cycles
- Downloading TBs of data then requesting refund
- Creating multiple accounts for multiple refunds
- Chargeback fraud (dispute after receiving service)
Abuse = instant account termination + no refund + ban from future use.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback) instead of requesting a refund from us:
- Your account is immediately suspended
- We contest the chargeback with evidence
- You're banned from future use
Just email us first. Chargebacks cost us $15+ in fees and create legal headaches.
