These are published account-key allowances. Individual endpoints have separate limits; they are not a promise that every public request is metered the same way. Read endpoint guidance.
What comes with public access?
Read and monitor
- Censorship index in JSON and CSV
- Live incidents feed and country profiles
- RSS / Atom feeds and MCP server access
- Community support
Research and reuse
- Bulk export: CSV, JSONL and Parquet
- Historical data, including the published ten-year archive
- Citation tools: BibTeX and RIS
- Hugging Face dataset access
- Email support through the researcher application
Exports and research materials are public resources, not an exclusive dataset unlocked by a paid plan. Keep attribution and source-specific license conditions with the data.
What can a partnership include?
The published Partner tier includes researcher access, higher limits by arrangement, custom country reports in PDF, embeddable widgets, dedicated webhook channels and dedicated support. Confirm scope and availability with the team.
Managed delivery and service commitments are covered separately by an Enterprise agreement.

For the work
between agents.
Session capabilities and provider terms belong with the current product and its evidence.
What happened to “Agents (x402)”?
The earlier pricing report recorded a withheld legacy x402 surface on August 22, 2026: HTTP 402-style challenge tests, signed-envelope and receipt experiments, and retired hosted credit-ledger paths.
Its Stage-1 units were sandbox credits, not money, backing, redemption or conversion. Its no-deposit/no-withdrawal and no-account/no-card disclosures described that legacy experiment, not a paid human data tier.
That historical report is not a current claim that all Pay routes return HTTP 410. Current Sessions and Proofs have their own published scope. A machine-facing endpoint is not the only route to a public dataset.

Access, attribution and service terms.
Will the data stay open?
There are no paid data tiers or paywalled datasets. Researcher and partner arrangements add account-key headroom and support, never exclusive data access.
Voidly-original records are CC BY 4.0. Upstream materials retain their own licenses; check the data hub’s source and license details.
So does Voidly charge for anything?
Enterprise service agreements can cover custom probes, an SLA, managed delivery and support around the public data. These agreements are arranged directly, not purchased through a checkout on this page.
Agent-work capabilities and provider terms are separate; use the current voidpay product and Proofs to inspect their scope.
How much revenue does that make?
The original August 22, 2026 pricing disclosure reported no identified third-party payment and no USDC settlement through the legacy marketplace path. Its totals at /v1/pay/marketplace and /v1/pay/agentic-economy represented Stage-1 sandbox units, never dollars; the report recorded those ledger routes as withheld.
That is a historical disclosure, not a current revenue figure. First-party tests and proof records do not establish paid customer adoption. Inspect the current proof records.
How do I get an API key?
Sign in, then open the API Keys section of your account. Free account keys do not require a researcher application. The published free-key allowance is 1,000 calls per day; individual endpoint controls still apply.
What counts as an API call?
Account-key allowances apply to requests handled by account-key metering. They are not a universal counter for every request to api.voidly.ai. Endpoints can enforce their own limits and access rules.
A response served entirely from your browser cache makes no new HTTP request. Read the endpoint documentation and handle rate-limit responses in your integration.
Can I use the data commercially?
Voidly-original incidents, scores and annotations are CC BY 4.0; commercial use with attribution is permitted under that license. Raw upstream measurements and test lists retain their own terms, including OONI raw data and Citizen Lab test lists under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Redistributing upstream-derived raw subsets must honor their source terms. Check data licenses and citation guidance.
